Symbiotic Land represents an ambitious urban redevelopment and territorial design plan with the primary goal of creating a kind of green belt that connects two parts of the city. This transformation aims to turn the area into a focal point for local and tourist social life by incorporating buildings for communal use. The project strives to become a new green lung for the city.

The project focuses on the intention to create a green hinge that connects the two parts of the city, transforming, also through the inclusion of buildings for collective use, the area into a focal point for local and tourist social life: a new green lung for the city.
The coexistence of old and new and the interpenetration of cycle and pedestrian paths in an area until now exclusively dedicated to rail transport are the architectural composition acts developed for the requalification of an area which, from the morphological and infrastructural point of view, it turns out to be a shear for the city of Umbertide.
